Indoor Practice have begun!!!  Sunday nights at the Rec Center and Wednesday nights at the Rec Plex from 10pm-Midnight.

3/5/2010: 3rd Annual Cobras vs. Dragons Inter-squad match!!!  MURFC hosts its pre-season scrimmage under the lights at Valley Fields Friday night!!!
